Refund & Cancellation Policy

We (LocalBuyX) thank you for selecting us as your service partner. Please read the policy conditions carefully to understand the information and guidelines about your rights and obligations. We make every effort to serve as per the specifications and timeframes mentioned against each product. If the product is not delivered due to unavoidable circumstances or beyond the limitations of the vendors then the order shall be cancelled and refunded.

The order may be cancelled for any of the following reasons:

  1. - If the changed time of product delivery you booked is no longer convenient to you
  2. - On customers / sellers request depending on the reason
  3. - Any other reason beyond the control of sellers or LocalBuyX.
  4. - Correct product as per specification in order could not be delivered
  5. - Delivery address found to be untraceable, wrong, incomplete, locked and customer not available.
  6. - Customer refused to accept delivery of product after order confirmation.
  7. - The order may be cancelled before 4 hours (Change of mind) after the order placement.

LocalBuyX will charge the amount as applicable as cancellation charges if the customer cancels the scheduled delivery (Minimum Charges are Rs 200).

To avoid cancellation charges, customers are requested to reschedule or cancel the order within 4 hours after order confirmation.

You can reschedule or cancel your service request via LocalBuyX website and mobile app.

Due to any unforeseen circumstances or internal reasons, LocalBuyX reserves the right to cancel any order at any point of time, and will not be liable to anyone for the same.

If the seller or LocalBuyX cancels the order then the customer is not liable to pay cancellation charges.

Processing any refund is at the complete discretion of LocalBuyX. In all events, the maximum amount that LocalBuyX will pay you as compensation or refund shall be at the discretion of LocalBuyX, depending on the service availed by you, and shall not exceed the service amount paid by you for the respective service or Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand), whichever is lower. Under no circumstances will the maximum amount payable to you by LocalBuyX exceed Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand)

Please report any payment or invoicing related issues within 48 (Forty-Eight) hours of the delivery receipt.

  • Any complaints in respect of the delivery should be raised within 24 hours from the service. In the event that any replacement or refund is to be processed for the product, it shall be initiated only within 24 Hrs period.



Simply follow these instructions:

-       We will be able to accept order change or cancellation requests within 24 hours of placement of order. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once they are processed.

-       You must first receive the order and cancellation should be before shipment.

-       Confirm to the seller that you are cancelling the order

-       Seller should agree to cancel the order depending on the acceptable reason

-       Upon confirmation from seller, our team will cancel the order and process refund

-       The refund will be processed to the customer account and may take 15-20 business days. The refund amount will be credited in the same account as you had made the payment from.

-       * Customers, who made the payment directly to the seller will not get the escalation support from But, we will try our best to resolve the customer complaint related to order.

Automated Refund:

We make an earnest effort to make sure that merchandise listed on our website is available in stock and that the prices shown are correct. In the unlikely event when we’re not able to send your order or replacement due to the unavailability of the product in our warehouse, we will inform you within a maximum of 5 working days from the date you place the order.
